1. What items are eligible for return?

Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags are not accepted for return.
 

2. Within what time frame must returns be requested?

Return requests must be submitted within the designated return window starting from the delivery date. Requests submitted after that timeframe will be declined according to policy.
 

3. When will I receive my refund after the item inspection?

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your returned item passes inspection. The amount is credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
 

4. How will I be notified once my refund is processed?

You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed and the credited funds have been applied back to your original payment method used at checkout.

1. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
 

2. How long does delivery typically take within India?

After dispatch, delivery across India typically takes three to eight business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service performance. Unexpected delays may occur during peak seasons.
 

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. Once your order has entered processing or has been dispatched, updating the shipping address is not possible. Please carefully review and enter the correct address at checkout.
 

4. What if the delivery is delayed unexpectedly?

Delivery delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier-related issues. In such circumstances, a notification email will be sent to update you about expected delivery timing.

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, provided your order has not been processed or shipped. Cancellation is not permitted once dispatch occurs; however, eligible items may be returned after delivery.
 

2. What happens if the order is already shipped but cancellation is requested?

Cancellation cannot be processed once the order has shipped. You may request a return after delivery if the item meets eligibility criteria specified in the return policy.
 

3. Which payment methods are accepted at checkout?

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other online payment methods. Only one payment method can be used per order.
 

4. Can I use more than one payment method per transaction?

No. Each order must be paid using a single payment method—combining multiple methods in one transaction is not supported.
